A common question asked of us is: “How far in advance should I place my order?” We suggest that you book as soon as possible, to insure that the rental items that you are requesting are available. Our rental inventory stock levels are large, and we do accommodate most rental inquiries, however they do vary from item to item. Some items we may have many of and others are limited. Our popular items are quite often booked early.
Quotes and Confirmation
We would love the opportunity to quote on the decor for your event. Please contact one of our design consultants for a “wish list” of the items you are looking for. When quotes are being produced for you we will check to make sure the items you are requesting are available for your event date. A rental quote does not guarantee confirmation until the signed rental reservation contract has returned back to us and a deposit has been received.
Deposits and Billing
A deposit of 35% of the estimated rental is required at the time of reservation, unless an “Event Industry Charge Account” has been established (some items require 50% deposits). All rentals require a Security / Damage Deposit with a valid credit card. Final payments are due before your rental items are delivered or picked up from our Studio/Showroom and can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Interac, Cash or Cheque. Should your reservation requirements change after full payment has been made, you will be billed or refunded accordingly. Please be advised that once you reserve an order and place a deposit, all other orders are turned away to keep your reservation. This deposit is non refundable.
Changes and Cancellations
All final changes & cancellations must be made 48 hours before the delivery, event, or scheduled pick-up-day, otherwise you will be charged the full amount. Any last minute changes to an order will only be accepted by speaking with a customer representative directly. All rental charges are applied to rental items once they leave our Studio/Showroom, whether they are used or not.
Loss or Damage and Replacement Charges
When rental items are picked up from our Studio/Showroom or delivered to you, you are responsible for any loss or damage while they are in your care. This includes the time after delivery, during and after your event, and until they are returned back to us or the scheduled pick up. Please ensure rental items are not left unattended. In the event of loss, damage or breakage of the rental items and/or shipping containers, replacement charges will incur.
All damage to linens, fabrics, and carpet runners, such as rips or tears, burn holes, mold or mildew, non-removable marks or stains, wax stains and damage due to neglect, will result in replacement charges. All damages to glass, silver or iron ware, such a large chips or cracks, breakage, dints or non-repairable scratches will result in replacement charges. Additional cleaning charges will incur if there is any wax and adhesive removal, excessive soiling, or food or garbage debris. Additional repair charges will incur if items returned are slightly damaged and can be repaired.
